Refunds for Digital Guides:

• All Sales Final: All sales of digital travel guides are final and non-refundable. Once a digital guide has been purchased and made available for download, we cannot issue a refund.

Delivery of Digital Guides:

• Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing a download link(s) for your digital travel guide(s). This email is typically sent immediately but may take up to a few minutes. Please check your spam/junk folder.
• The download link(s) will also be accessible from your order confirmation page on our website after purchase.
• Download links may have a limited number of uses or a limited time frame for access. Please download your guide(s) promptly after purchase.
