All bookings must be paid at least 2 days in advance to confirm. Pickup times vary by location and are not the same as tour start times. A confirmation email or SMS is sent approximately 24 hours before the tour. A 5-minute grace period applies after pickup time.
Cancellations made at least 5 days or more in advance incur no cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 5 days but at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour time incur a 50% penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours or on the same day incur a 100% penalty. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within the stated timeframes.
Refunds are processed in the order received. Card refunds may take 1–10 business days. Zelle or instant transfer refunds may take 1–3 business days depending on provider limits.
