RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK. By signing below, I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a tour or activity organized by Uncover Jamaica. I understand that participation involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage arising from activities such as hiking, swimming, cliff walks, vehicle travel, exposure to weather, wildlife, and remote locations.
I assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with my participation and release Uncover Jamaica, its operators, guides, drivers, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions arising from such risks, except in cases of gross negligence.
I confirm that I am in suitable physical condition to participate, that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions in the special requests field, and that I will follow all instructions given by guides for my own safety and the safety of the group.
I authorize Uncover Jamaica to administer or arrange emergency first aid or medical care as needed at my own expense, and I consent to the use of photographs taken during the tour for promotional purposes (no individual identification will be made without separate written consent).
I confirm I am at least 18 years of age, or that I am the legal guardian of a minor participant and accept responsibility on their behalf.
