Either browse our tours and click "Book Now" on the one you want, or fill out the custom enquiry form if you want something built around your dates. You'll get an instant confirmation by email once payment is processed.
All payments are processed through Fygaro, a secure Jamaican payment processor. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most major debit cards. We never see or store your card details — Fygaro handles all of that securely.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour starts — full refund, no questions asked. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable, since at that point we've already paid the guide and reserved the activity. If weather forces us to cancel from our end, you'll be offered a free reschedule or a full refund.
Many are, some aren't. Each tour page lists the recommended minimum age. As a rule: cultural and beach tours work for kids 6+. Adventure/hiking tours are usually 12+. Rum tours are 18+. If you have specific concerns about a tour and your child, message us and we'll give you a straight answer.
Tell us in the booking form's special requests field — or message us anytime — and we'll work it out. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher, severe allergies: we cater to all of it. Most of our partner restaurants are very accommodating; we just need to give them notice.
Maximum 8 guests per tour, often fewer. Some adventure tours cap at 6. We don't pack vans — the small group size is the entire product. If you want a fully private experience for just your group, mention it on the enquiry form and we'll quote it.
Yes — most tours include round-trip pickup from any hotel in the relevant region (Kingston, MoBay, Negril, Ocho Rios, Port Antonio). If you're staying somewhere remote, we'll arrange pickup at a small additional cost or meet you at a convenient point. Just ask.
Each tour page has a "What to bring" section. Generally: closed shoes you can walk in, layered clothing (mountain tours get cold at dawn), a hat for sun, a light rain jacket (it's the tropics), a camera, and a reusable water bottle if you have one. We supply bottled water and snacks; you don't need to bring food unless specified.
Standard practice for any tour involving outdoor activities. The digital waiver covers things like hiking, swimming, and travel through remote areas. It's quick to read and sign at checkout. We're not asking you to give up your rights — just acknowledging the inherent risks of outdoor adventure travel.
Yes — about a day after your tour, you'll get an automated email with a quick feedback survey (it really helps us improve) and a direct link to leave a Google review if you enjoyed it. Reviews are how small businesses like ours grow, so they're appreciated but never required.
Tips are appreciated but never expected. If you had a great day, 10–15% is the local norm. Cash in JMD or USD both work. If you'd rather not handle cash, we can add a tip to your payment via Fygaro at the end — just message us.
Jamaica is a tropical island — passing showers are common and rarely cancel anything. We only reschedule if weather makes the tour unsafe or pointless (e.g. zero visibility at a sunrise viewpoint, or a flash flood warning). In those cases, you get a free reschedule or a full refund. We make the call by 6pm the day before.
Not required, but strongly recommended for any international travel. We don't sell insurance directly — we recommend you arrange your own through World Nomads, SafetyWing, or your home country's standard travel insurance providers.
Absolutely. We've run team retreats, wedding parties, family reunions, and corporate events all over the island. Fill out the enquiry form with your group size and dates and we'll put together a custom proposal within 24 hours.
Saturday/Sunday tours fill 2–3 weeks ahead, especially Blue Mountain Sunrise. Weekday tours often have availability with just a few days' notice. For travel during peak season (Dec–Apr) or around major events like Reggae Sumfest, book 4–6 weeks ahead to be safe.
