About this tour

This is the one. If you do one tour with us, do this one. We pick you up at 4am โ€” yes, really โ€” drive up the Blue Mountains in the dark, and arrive at our viewpoint just before first light. The kind of sunrise that makes people stop talking. Most days you'll see the curve of the earth, mist below, Kingston waking up in the distance.

After sunrise we head back down to a working coffee estate in the foothills, where a third-generation farmer walks you through the harvest, processing, and roasting. There's a proper cupping (think wine tasting, but for coffee) where you'll taste four single-origin lots side by side and pick your favourite. We end with a full breakfast at a tin-roof cabin โ€” ackee and saltfish, fresh-pressed coffee, fruit from the property.

What to bring

Good to know

This tour runs Saturday and Sunday only. Weather is occasionally a factor โ€” if visibility is poor, we'll reschedule to the next available date at no charge. We don't proceed if it's actively raining at the viewpoint, because there's nothing to see. Honesty matters.

This is not a hike. There's a short walk from the parking area to the viewing platform (about 8 minutes, paved). If you have mobility concerns, message us first and we'll work it out.

"I've been to Jamaica four times. This tour was the single best thing I've ever done on the island. The sunrise alone is worth the 4am wakeup. Then the coffee farm โ€” incredible."
